Step 3 : Itinerary
After the payment, your itinerary confirmation will be emailed to you after your have booked. The passengers are able to print the itinerary for check in purpose at the airport or do online check in here.
The general rule for international travel is that you must ensure your passport is still valid for at least another six (6) months at the end of your travel date, the applicable visa(s), and a return or an onward journey ticket. Each country will have different requirement and fees for visa. We strongly recommend that you reserve your flight 1-3 months in advance. These concerns about the ticket’s price as well as the seat available.
At the moment, our search can't take on the task of booking flight for a group of more than 9 people at once. If you're looking to book travel for a large group we recommend searching for an individual flight first. The rules for Baggage allowances and restrictions will vary depending on which airline(s) you are flying. Travelling with economy class normally allow 1 luggage with 20 kilogram. Passengers who travel on Business’s class or First’s class will be able to carry up to 30 kilogram.

Baggage permitted in kilogram concept will use for most of international flight except in the United State and Canada will use piece concept. The baggage will not excess 158 centimeter (width Length height) with 23 kilogram.

If your baggage is excess baggage limit or you would like to carry on sport equipment, please contact the airline in advance.

Remark: The best source of information about luggage limitations, security, and the cost of excess luggage is the airline on which you are traveling. Call them or visit their website for details.

Children under 12 years old is not allow to travelling alone, except he/she travelling with companion age more that 18 years old.
Some Airlines are not allowing infants whose age less than 9 days old travelling on the plane. Unless travelling with doctor certificate and agreement from the parents.

For the passengers’ safety, the airline will need the doctor’s certificate for proof of travel in some case.

Early check-in is recommended to enable you to complete security checks and get to your gate on time. If you are not in possession of a boarding pass by the time indicated by the airline, you will not be accepted for the flight.

Check-in opens 3 hours prior to scheduled departure, and closes 60 minutes prior to departure for all flights from all airports in all countries. Latest time at the gate for boarding is 30 minutes prior to departure.

At the airline counter, you will require travel documents, copy of electronic tickets.

The airline will access your information and issue your boarding pass.

Once you receive your boarding pass, proceed to the security checkpoint and your departure gate.

If the airline(s) has already confirmed your booking and your payment already is processed, then their terms and conditions will be applicable to your booking. They often may apply a non-cancellable policy, especially promotion’s tickets. If your booking has been already confirmed, you can contact our Customer Support Team via 02-071-2288 and then we will find out about your cancellation and refund options from the airline(s).

After the refund process, the amount will be reversed back to the passenger’s account. Due to international banking regulations, the transfer can take up to 4 months or more.

Remark: Date change or cancellation ticket, AllFly will charge a Cancellation fee to the Customer over and above any applicable airline fees, for all refund and cancellation transactions.


• Any liquid , gel or Spray in a container size of 100ml or more cannot be carried on board and must be checked-in for loading into the aircraft.
• If you wish to take liquid, gel, spray on board, such liquid shall be in a container size less than 100 ml, which shall be put into zip-lock plastic bag size 20 x 20 cm, which is provided at Check-In counter. One bag for each passenger. Overall volume of liquid shall not exceed 1,000 ml. (or 1 liter).
• Passenger with firearm shall inform the airline staff at the check-in counter for checking proper documentations and separating of the cartridge to be stored in the place provided.
• The passenger is not allowed to take any kinds of dangerous substances in to the aircraft, irrespective of loading with the checked in luggage or carried on board.



Limitations for taking Liquid, Gel, Spray on board

Liquid, Gel, Spray, etc. which are under the rules, such as drinking water, cream, lotion, oil, spray, perfume, gel for hair, tooth paste, deodorant.
• Any kinds of liquid, gel and spray should be in a container of size not over 100 ml. Containers over 100 ml. are not permitted to be taken on board, even if it contains only a small amount of liquid, gel and spray.
• All containers shall be placed together in a zipped plastic bag and shall have overall capacity not exceeding 1 litre (1,000 ml.)
• Each passenger can take one plastic bag on board and shall separate it from other personal effects and shall let the officer check it at the security check point.
• Liquid, gel, spray in a container size over 100 ml, shall be packed in the luggage which ar checked-in for loading into the aircraft only.
• Liquids, which are exempted, are milk and infant nutritions, in appropriate quantity, as well as medicatrons with attached document.

Liquid, gel and spray bought from duty free shops at the airport shall be placed in the sealed zipped plastic bag and shall have evidence stating the date of the purchase, which shall be the travel date, However, each country has it’s own rules in taking liquid on board. Information can be obtained from the airline, with which you are travelling, before buying the goods.

• When you enter the x-ray lane, there will be trays for containing bags/belongings. Please put every bag/belonging into the tray(s) in order to pass through the x-ray machine. For passengers having laptops, jackets, and zip-lock bags containing liquid, please separate those items from other belongings and put them into the tray(s). As for valuable belongings, please keep them in your bags/belongings which are closed before being put into the tray(s) to pass through the x-ray machine.
• Passengers may be asked to take off their belts and shoes in order to put those items in the x-ray machine.
• Passengers put the tray(s) in the x-ray machine.
• Passengers walk through the metal detector under the supervision of the officers. For passengers who do not desire to walk through the metal detector with appropriate reasons such as passengers wearing pacemaker or pregnant passengers, please inform the officers in front of the security checkpoint in order to pass the special channel and be checked by hand.
• Passengers who walk through the metal detector and there is no alarm can receive their bags/belongings which passed through the x-ray machine.
• Passengers who walk through the metal detector and there is an alarm must walk back in order to find whether they still have metal objects on their bodies. If there are metal objects, they must take off those objects and put them into the tray(s) to pass through the x-ray machine. Then they must walk through the metal detector for the second time.
• In the case that passengers walk through the metal detector for the second time and there is still an alarm, the officers will invite those passengers to be checked again to find out the reason why the metal detector alarms.
• During the body screening process, passengers must follow the officers’ guidance.
• After the body screening process, passengers may be asked to open their bags/belongings. Please follow the officers’ guidance.
• For passengers who are found to have prohibited items in their bags/belongings, please follow the officers’ guidance and the airport’s security measures.
• For passengers who are not comfortable to be screened, both their bodies and their bags/belongings, in public areas, the airport has prepared the screening room. Please inform the officers that you want to be screened individually.

The criteria for a child traveling alone are as follows:

• The guardian must inform the airline at least 24 hours prior to flight departure because the airline limits the number of children traveling alone as follows. In Royal First Class/Royal Silk Class, the airline accepts only one child aged 8-11 years old. In Economy Class, the airline accepts not more than 6 children aged 5-7 years old or not more than 30 children aged 8-11 years old in each flight.
• The guardian must inform the child’s details including the name and surname, the age and date of birth, gender, the flight, the departing airport, and the arriving airport. The name, address, and contact number of the guardian who sends the child at the departing airport and the name, address, and contact number of the guardian who picks up the child at the arriving airport must also be informed. All details must be filled in on the "Handling Advice for Unaccompanied Minor” form (FORM THAI 1122) as evidence.
• The person who picks up the child at the arriving airport must be the same person as the name informed at the Selling Office.
• The type of ticket used must be "Confirm” and must not be "ID” ticket. However, the rewarded ticket from ROP (Royal Orchid Plus) is eligible.
• The parents or guardian cannot go back home immediately. They must remain at the airport until the flight departs.
• Infants or children under 5 years old cannot be UM, except the case that the infant or the child is accompanied by a person aged 12 years old or more.

The handling fee for a child traveling alone is 30 USD or 1,350 Baht for one international flight (means the travel from the departing airport to the arriving airport, regardless of the number of sectors that flight has). If children traveling without parents have the same surname, the handling fee will be charged for one child only. There is no handling fee on domestic routes.

For international flights, the applicable adult fare according to the age of the child/UM will be charged. For domestic flights, fifty percent (50%) of the adult normal full fare will be charged.

In the case of a child aged 12-16 years old travelling alone, the parents or guardian can also require special assistance like children/UM (YP: Young Passenger).

Before departure, the parents need to fill the form “Handling Advice for Unaccompanied Minor” (Form Thai 1122). The required information : child’s name, destination of travel, age, address and contact number of the person who’s both drop off and pick up the child.

It is usually possible to fly with your pet; however, it takes a lot of preparation and research beforehand, especially for international travel.

It is the responsibility of the passenger to ensure that the animal has all the correct certifications, permissions and pet passport to be allowed to fly. Please consult with your veterinarian for details.

Unfortunately, All Fly does not have online booking service for pet. If you wish to travel with your pet, please contact us for advice, as travelling by pet may only be permitted by some airlines.

Passengers Traveling with Pets

Passengers who bring pets into or out of the country must follow the airport’s regulations and inform the Office of Traveling with Pets which will provide advice on regulations.

Procedures
• Submit the form for pet transportation (Form R.1/1)
• The pet’s health must be checked not more than 2-3 days before departing.
• The agency issues the export permit (Form R.9), together with the health certificate.

Recommendations
The documents necessary for applying for pet export permits are as follows:
• Copy of the passport of the pet’s owner
• Copy of the ID card of the export agent
• Copy of the rabies vaccination certificate in case of exporting dogs or cats
• For birds or other animals, there must be the export certificate issued by the Department of Forestry or the export consent from the officers at the Animal Quarantine Station of the airport and/or CITES documents.
